Dear Mr. Bernhardt:
DCMC Syracuse has recently completed a
comprehensive Quality System Evaluation (QSE) at your
facility in accordance with the requirements of the ISO
9002:94 standard. The QSE was completed during an on-site
compliance audit conducted 19 - 21 October, 1999.
We present this "Statement of Qualification" to
you on this day, October 29, 1999, to give evidence that
JGB Enterprises Inc. Quality System has successfully
met the intent of the ISO 9002:94 standard.
We will share this letter with your Government
customers. We will provide you and your government customers
a report of your overall capability and performance which
details how JGB Enterprises complies with the ISO 9002:94
Standard.
This "Statement of Qualification" is in
effect for three years or for a period of six months
after the close of your last Government contract. The
Government also retains the right to withdraw this "Statement
of Qualification" upon evidence of Quality System deterioration.
