JGB Enterprises,
Inc. contracted to produce 52 precision pneumatic pressure
control units which are used wherever the servicing
of aircraft tires is required. This contract also included
the delivery of technical manuals and various validation
items.
JGB Enterprises, Inc. delivered the entire contract within the
480 day contracted schedule. This process also
included engineering and technical data in support
of the system.
The Inflator/Monitor was designed to be mounted on
a variety of surfaces - such as bulkheads or benches -
for easy access. This device incorporates measuring
instruments and control devices.
Maintenance personnel
utilize this device through the operation of a series
of regulators and valves to continuously monitor
and adjust tire pressure.
This precision device is
designed
to allow for routine adjustment when required in
keeping within calibration performance parameters.
